Do I need a referral?

No, a referral is not neccessary. You can call and book right in.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

• Referral letter (if you have one) – from your GP, specialist, or surgeon.
• Scans or reports – any relevant X-rays, MRIs, ultrasounds, or medical reports.
• List of medications – especially if they relate to your injury, pain, or inflammation.
• Private health insurance card – or Medicare card if relevant.
• Payment method – we accept card, cash, or contactless.

How long are the appointments?

Our appointments are generally 50 minutes long.

Can I claim back on Private Health?

We have HICAPS which allows us to process on the spot Private Health Insurance claims.

What to Wear

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows the physiotherapist to easily access the area being treated. You may be asked to remove clothing to facilitate treatment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life gets busy, and sometimes you need to reschedule. To help us provide the best care to all our patients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
